January 2005 Dual Spiral Systems Inc. Begins Offering Automation Line Control Solutions:


		Dual Spiral Systems has recently begun offering cost effective blown film line control systems for mono-layer and coextrusion film lines.


		A new series of control solutions marketed as INTELECS-ONE for mono-layer lines and INTELECS-COEX for multi-layer lines has been developed and offered to companies who want to improve the quality of their products through product repeatability, scrap reduction and reduction in labor costs through automation.


		INTELECS installation may result in up to 50% improvements in gauge control and significant increase in extrusion line useful output (scrap reduction). INTELECS systems and components can be retrofitted to optimize the performance of existing extrusion lines or ordered by OEMs as integral control components for their new extrusion lines.
